Yup it does, reminds me of my friend who is so addicted to Monster (I don't know how he can drink that fucking pisswater) that when we went on a bike ride up a mountain one time, he was getting dehydrated and so he pulls out a can of Monster and drinks it claiming it's to get hydrated. Needless to say it took like 5 minutes before he felt the effects of true dehydration and I gave him a water bottle.
So not only can you use Coke to clean up blood, you can use it to kill people to.
I can see this drink being pretty popular among the serial killers.
