whats funny is that you could do the exact same thing on fallout 3, so if your having a bad tme with finding caps or just want to win big then this should help.

Because a bug doesn't feel like a cheat, you're just abusing a mistake that the developers made instead of using a command that the developers put in for debug purposes.
