The amount people say alahhu akbar is ridiculous, it's like they've got religious tourettes or something.
Really strong footage though, its so fucked up over there man
"Alahhu akbar" is the equivalent to "Oh my God!" in their culture.
-snip-
the guy that shot the bazooka propelled backwards, what the hell
Ahhh, I thought it was more along the lines of "praise God". Thanks for clearing that up
It's actually more of "Allah is the greatest".
every time something arabic gets posted someone mentions allahu akbar
it's their universal way of saying "wow" "holy shit" "jesus" "omg" it's not just ALLAH IS GREAT

I think it depends on the context.
War is hell. Syria is a scary place today. I feel really bad for all those who engage in the conflict :(.

Yeah i feel sorry for them, one of the main reasons i posted this video is to remind people that while we bitch about the remote being on the other side of the room while lieing on our fat asses there are people fighting for their lives.
We should have helped them, this is ridiculousness.
This is fucking hard to watch. It's especially said knowing that most of them are just everyday dudes just like us.
god that is scary.
when the tanks turn the turrets and face the cameras if i was there, my heart would just stop.
i wonder what it feels like to charge into an enemy-ridden area, knowing very well that in the next few seconds your life can end

I think the round was defective or he got hit with another RPG before firing. It's not uncommon for both sides to put defective rounds into enemy circulation causing bullets and rockets to malfunction and explode in the weapon.
There's so many tanks.

Thats what I kept thinking... it's so much harder to watch when you see their friend's reactions to their deaths. Reminds you these guys had entire lives of their own.
Holy fuck the head shots are brutal, what a way to go...
I'm so glad I'm not living there, Don't think I'd be able to cope living in a war zone.
For a daly dose of sadness visit liveleak, there is a bunch of videos coming from syria there every day.
Drunk russians are common also
