I used to play the shit out of this game. Good times...
Funnily enough I just finished playing STP.
I used to play the shit out of this game. Good times...
I have never played this game before it looks fun though.
I have never played this game before it looks fun though.
It's amazing. You should try it!
I remember watching this because it was on the launcher for The Sims don't rate me late i'll break you're legs
I remember playing STP and going into debt, taking out all of the loans available, and then going back into crippling debt and having my park closed. I was not good with my finances back then. [editline]1st August 2013[/editline] Sim Coaster was also fun.
Yeah I had this game as a kid, it was fucking incredible. Still my favourite theme park game of all time. I think USA and Brazil are the only countries in the world (go figure) call it Sim Theme Park, it is called Theme Park World everywhere else.
While watching the video my mind was saying: "I have seen this before" and in 1:01 saw that little character and remember I played it a lot on my friend's house.
This game brings back so many childhood memories!
i remember this game would never fucking work on my pc, but i still had roller coaster tycoon to play
It looks quite bad. Even for an old game.
Oh hell no.
I remember I used to have this game, it was called theme park world here.
This guy Made the game 10 times more enjoyable
Anyone remember the roller-coaster bug that allowed you to make it immediately go at least 58 Gs by placing two tall pylons near each other and the next one farther and lower? It always gave the rating "vomit inducing". Can humans vomit while unconscious or dead?
Is this better than Rollercoaster Tycoon?
Is this better than Rollercoaster Tycoon?
Not really, no. Not by a country mile.
I wish Bullfrog lived and finished dungeon keeper 3.
Wait, in the UK this is called 'Theme Park World'. I had it on the PS1 and used to play it all the fucking time.
Wait, in the UK this is called 'Theme Park World'. I had it on the PS1 and used to play it all the fucking time.
Yeah I have it here, case and everything, well mine says "Theme Park Inc"
This exact game was named themEparK Roller Coaster, for me. Same 4 levels, same dude, same loading screens with the mascots and everything.
Is this better than Rollercoaster Tycoon?
RCT was definitely way better, but Sim Theme Park had some things that RCT just couldn't match. The rides were more interesting (Since they weren't standard), you could walk through your own park and ride the rides, and the people were more interesting as a whole. Unfortunately the "roller coasters" were dull though.
I used to build the park with a bunch of rides and all the minigames you could play and just sit there for hours playing the minigame stuff.
holy shit four whole themes!
Oh that adorable little adviser guy and his cheesy jokes.

Rack that salt slider to the max boi
I think it was called Theme Park World in this country.
Fun fact: The PS2 version of this was godawful.
