It's interesting that it brings up inciting racial hatred as an attempt at creating disunity. Then again this isn't the first video from the 40s I've seen that's mentioned racial violence in a negative context so I'm not sure if it's just that outright violence had become more taboo or if it's just more rose tint, or even a mixture of both.
