Jesus, he's firing with no ear protection. Doesn't that fuck up your ears?
Jesus, he's firing with no ear protection. Doesn't that fuck up your ears?
Unless you're in an enclosed area like a firing range you don't really need ear protection. I don't think I've ever once used ear protection when firing guns.

Even worse if the guy next to you is shooting his .338 or something. This is why I'm irritated that you need a class III license for a suppressor, because in the big scheme of things, it is far away from truly making your gun make the silent "whoosh" sound tht it does in the movies. As far as I can tell it reduces gun sounds mostly to a level where it sounds like someone slamming a car door shut, it's not like you suddenly turn "souper st34lth" because of a suppressor. /rant But yeah, with .22 handguns especially I like to wear protection.

He's on iraqvetran8888's range.

Yet if someone else is shooting I usually have to cover my ears with my hands or something.
He's on iraqvetran8888's range.
IV8888 produces / edits his videos. Something like that.
I always like seeing bullets ricochet in slow mo. Also holy shit i knew RIP ammo was deadly as fuck but after seeing that on a ballistic torso, daaaaamn.
the only gun I'm comfortable shooting without earpro is a .22, and even then I probably should because of the sonic crack.
Honestly I can fire a can and note even be bothered by the sound. If there's 85db sound levels at your ear then you are running risk of fucking yourself forever. Any and all hearing loss information will tell you exactly the same thing. Just do yourself a favor and take a nano second to put in some plugs, don't increase the odds of getting hearing damage or FAR worse tinnitus, it will fuck you like a freight train. I know cause i did it to myself and that was just 90db of power tool just once without hearing protection, i did that 10 years ago and haven't heard silence ever since.
I fucking love the Kriss Vector, one of my all time fav guns.
I always like seeing bullets ricochet in slow mo. Those little petals that break off would make superficial wounds that might not even work through thick clothing.
Suppressors are nice enough that if you hit a metal target, the sound that makes will be louder than the gun shot, but the gunshot is still loud enough to echo. It'll make it as quiet as a .22 basically
God FPS Russia does the shittiest fake Russian accent
also he never wears ear protection in his vids so yeah his ears are prob a little fucked by now
he wears ear protection in a lot of his videos
This is probably old news but what ever happened to his old manager who was found dead?
He was murdered by FPS Russia.
I haven't watched this guy in ages. His videos led me to more respectable, serious gun channels and going back to his cringe-worthy accent is more than I can take
They'd still fuck up a target and cause a lot of infection.
Infection is probably the least of your concerns in a shootout
I haven't watched this guy in ages. His videos led me to more respectable, serious gun channels and going back to his cringe-worthy accent is more than I can take
Yeah, once you get to people like hickok45 you realize how retarded FPS notRussia is
unless hes using subsonic rounds which he probs is who knows, it still breaks the sound barrier and makes a large crack if he is using the rounds, they're still loud as shit also he never wears ear protection in his vids so yeah his ears are prob a little fucked by now
Just to let you know, the Kriss uses .45 ACP which are normally subsonic by default. Unless he's using hot loaded ammo, I doubt there will be any sonic booms from this weapon.
I fucking love the Kriss Vector, one of my all time fav guns.
I thought it was pretty good until I actually got a chance to fire a semi-auto one at a range. They had the model with the older folding stock which was way too short for me, and the corner of the cheek rest was jutting into my face :v: As far as shooting performance goes, it was pretty accurate and the weapon seems to return on target very well after recoil. It was the weirdest feeling because you could clearly feel the thing kick, but the sights would always return to where you were aiming without much effort. With that being said, I do not think the gun is with it's $3,000 price tag.
