F3AR, Turning out to be a REALLY Hard game, IDK WHY! - General

Now, i'm not the best nor worst gamer but i can generally complete any game on Medium, Ghost recon, Sniper, w,e other games.. anyway i'm having really bad troubles with F3AR.. [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8n4wuDlD1E[/media]

That's pretty odd. My dad recently picked this game up and we've been playing the co-op ( on medium ) and we've managed to get through most levels in one go. Maybe it's because we have each other to rely on, and when you go down you can be revived by your partner. But the thing is you're only playing on recruit and they seem to be dealing much more damage than even on medium ( from my experience. )

I tried sneaking and it didn't work, i watched a Gamespot Walkthrough and they fight through it.. and lol Raptor, he must be PUUUNISHED.

Really? REALLY? Even if its the leaked version with the bugged health, ever heard of taking [b]COVER[/b]? You start of in cover, then you shoot till you're dead, not even taking some cover to regen some health.

Aw that sucks, I'm gonna have to Let's Play that game later on i hope i don't get raped during it :/

That's odd. I've beaten the game on Commando and I've never took nearly as much damage as he did in the video. The game was pretty damn easy on Commando.

Try using bullet time AFTER shit has broken loose, instead of during the initial shot. Also, npc shotgunners are lame in some other games too. Try taking that one out first.

Sliding melee for some reason is instakill so you could try that. (shift w and melee button) Also, try and co op with someone. It becomes a lot more fun when someone is fettel possessing people. Plus, Fettel has the ability to hold enemies which makes Pointmans job much easier.

the leaked version has incredible difficulty, it's what you have.

Have fun playing on Insanity, because everything is invincible as fuck. Games should really stop doing this, the higher the difficulty the more cat like reflexes your enemies get, and perhaps get improved aim. Not magically have the ability to survive multiple headshots or point blank shotgun shots.

Although, if you've ever played Black Ops Combat Training on Veteran, It's like playing against aimbots.

Judging OP's language and smilies I wouldn't be surprised if he was fooled into thinking that his friend got a leaked version of the game.

Your computer knows that you're playing to easily. They're giving you a challenge.

You might be the worst FPS player ever if you can't beat Fear 3. I completed it on Insane. On my own. I can't even beat Modern Warfare 2 on the hardest difficulty.
