Honestly, the guy got out of the car to see if the guy was hurt. Unfortunately, because of his position, people probably are going to make a much bigger deal out of it.

My point was that the amount of force exerted on the kid by the car was nearly the same as that of a slow moving bicycle. Who is going to expect a motorcycle driving in-between a bunch of cars? Motorcycles are supposed to obey traffic laws too aka drive in 1 line, not in the middle of both.
