Man, I know the black scorpion was more reliant on its claws because they're so huge (therefore, low toxicity) but I'd spam that fucking tail like crazy if I were one of them. It's what I'd expect them to do upon even entering the general range of my foot... but then, if I saw a scorpion just casually, I'd be up on a table like a bat outta hell.
