It's the producers. This is from a remake of the original Mel Brooks film The Producers, which went on to become a broadway play, and then became this film here. The Producers is probably the greatest comedy play ever written.
I love the part in the original when they find the actor for Hitler, Watching a late 60s music number followed by someone shouting out "Your the new Hitler!" gets me every time.
