Looks very close to Skyward Sword. So maybe sometime after that in the timeline.

Motion controls stopped me finishing Skyward Sword. The only Zelda game I never finished.
Loved the style. Enjoyed the story. But the motion controls and gameplay mechanics (exploration replaced with HUB world leading into levels) were really unenjoyable for me. This sounds like exactly what I want. The major Wii U releases don't even use motion controls now, most are compatible with the Wii U Pro. This could be the best Zelda in years.
Oh wait shit, is this the one they hinted at where the first dungeon room area was like massively bigger than OoT's Hyrule Field?
