Cunt Distroyer. Actually I bet he fucks chicks while wearing it. [editline]3rd May 2012[/editline] "That's Not Faaaaaiiiiiiir!!"
I want that suit. Like really badly.
Cosplay really pays off sometimes.
that IS not fair!
I'm getting one like that made for Supernova in November, but mine will be a Halo Spartan with the same moving parts, fans and lights ect. Cant wait!
If I had that suit, I'd just walk around the city, looking at people's reactions.
LOL
I wonder if he can actually see when the mask is down.
If I had one I would wear it everywhere I go.
I want one that says robocop quotes
If that was the real suit I'd rather fly than walk.
I just prefer the lore and the design. I'm getting mine done as a Reach Spartan with A Recon style helmet. It's also coming with a sniper rifle.
He should of made it out of titanium. And added rockets.
This guy is really awesome. Thread title sucks by the way, won't get nearly as many views.
But has he solved the icing problem?
I wish I had custom armor like that, :v: customly designed scifi armor that was a medieval knight look to it, but with tough materials that I could actually run and jump in, even fall in. That way I have something that I can take some parts off and it looks fantasy, add some parts and it looks like a space knight :V: if I chose a character though 100% I'd want a really really well made HEV suit, then I get a crowbar and go to a convention with big glasses and not say a single word. If I see a zombie I just start 'beating' on it :v:
I just prefer the lore and the design. I'm getting mine done as a Reach Spartan with A Recon style helmet. It's also coming with a sniper rifle.
Why the dumbs?
I remember reading in a few forums that this guy is kind of an asshole. He's quite happy to bask in the glory of his work but he's unwilling to share his build-steps/techniques. In fact, when asked about it he usually responded aggressively and was quite rude. Now, you might be thinking: "why should he be obligated to share his techniques?". Why? Because he went around posting his work on prop-making forums that are specifically about the construction of unique items from movies and such. He'd make threads showing pictures/videos of his work but failed to stay in the spirit of the communities he joined. In any case, his suits look good and are clearly improving. It's a shame he doesn't have a friend that looks like Robert Downey Jr to wear the stuff he makes.
How does he close it?
That is cosplay done well. Damn now that I think of it, since I'm taking Engineering Physics I should totally build one as a side project, possibly of some actual metal instead (then it'd become too heavy for me to move and it'd need to be powered for which I'd need a huge cable coming out of my ass at all time completely ruining the whole thing, but eh not like you'd walk around in it anyway). [editline]4th May 2012[/editline]
How does he close it?
Probably a button inside the gloves.
