It feels like the developer is just shooting himself in the foot with this game. There's gonna be a bunch of people who are interested in the concept but are just not going to buy the game purely because of the character design. And people who would be in it for the fetish side don't really have any reason to buy the game itself and will instead probably just look at screenshots or whatever fan-art it gets.
So yeah, good job to the developer for purposefully alienating a bunch of your potential customers and putting them off from buying it.

The gameplay is the old Resident Evil/Metroidvania that used to be quite popular before open world games seemingly killed off the genre
nowadays it seems that whenever someone makes a metroidvania game it's always a 2D game
So if you liked classic Resident Evil, Metroid Prime & other 3D Metroidvania games then you'll probably like this.

You know, boobs and ass are great and all, but there's no real reason why they decided to choose that specific character design. You're hiding what could be a decent puzzle game behind a walking piece of ass and tits that you, the player, has to constantly look at. It kinda pisses me off a little bit because I love puzzles games of all kinds, but I don't want to be looking at ass for the entire time I play this game.

It looks like a decent game if you're into puzzle games. I sort of dig the Portal-esque aesthetic to it. Though like other people have said here the developer shot himself in the foot with the sexualized and impractical character design of the protagonist (complete with exaggerated breast jiggle physics). It's going to alienate people who simply want a puzzle game to play.
The dev got himself a whole bunch of free publicity by putting hilariously obvious fetish bait into his cool-looking but otherwise kind of unremarkable video game, and that's worth more than the distaste of people who are really turned off by the character design.
Personally I think it's genius.

The game really doesn't look any good. The environment in particular seems horribly bland and uninspired. Like a vague, undetailed mix of Portal and Mirror's Edge.
Could've sworn the devs said you could customize your appearance..

Sexualization is great, I love it because seriously who cares if tits are showing or some character has a fucking boner or whatever. But put some fucking effort in to it. Make it fucking interesting at the same time. Seriously, if she were just outright fucking naked it'd probably be a bit better and more interesting just for actually going the whole way. The fucking proportions would still be atrocious, but at least they could say they didn't hold back on the adult nature.
