This really convinces me that there is other forms of life out there.
The chance that someone would prank make those signs is like 0.01% of 100.
Who knows, maybe it's just a matter of time before they visit us.

Sigh. Some guys made patterns in a field with a message in it and so there must be life contacting us?
There's no evidence suggesting aliens did this, why jump to that conclusion and be convinced it was aliens.
Why was I rated dumb? If someone can explain the logical reasoning why I should think aliens did this then I'll accept all the criticism in the world.

But do you think they could do it overnight?
Jesus, Think about it.

yeah they can, get about 20 people and you get that in just a few hours

Who all know binary? From the south?
Who all know binary? From the south?
In racing, do you think the mapreaders are local experts?
I think that one percent of crop circles are pranks and the rest are from other humans with secret technology. Some sort of immobile satelites (forgot what they are called) that direct light in a certain shape/pattern or whatever. Or some sort of laser or something. I don't know. I blame Russia.
But who knows. Maybe there is alien life. If there is, at least they aren't going to kill us all.
Who all know binary? From the south?
The kind of people who would actually fake crop circles probably knew about that message that was sent out, aswell as how to properly makes a binary message.
That's all aside the point though, there's no evidence suggesting aliens did this, and a large number of crop circles have been proven to be hoaxes.
What makes you think legit aliens are flattening crops to send us messages?

You can get 20 people with these

And make intricate designs and messages in less than a few hours.
I really don't know why people fall for this shit without questioning it first, especially those who claim to be interested in the sciences.
This seems really interesting. Maybe we could start taking a look at solar systems with high levels of silicon, and with a planet structure similar to that in the drawing. Very interesting stuff, people.

Well I have to say, yes it is interesting and could be legit, but there's no reason to automatically assume that just because it's intricate and has a message in it that it's aliens. That's illogical.
If aliens are real, this message is trying to warn us of something.

There's also no reason to discount aliens.
There's also no reason to discount aliens.
I know, I was just criticizing OP for thinking that without a doubt it was aliens. It's much more likely (albeit based solely on experience and the history of crop circles) that humans did it.

You're right. I did some researching.
Apparently a group of two men made an 8 ft in diameter perfect circle with those tools in 15 minutes. Imagine a group of 20+ people (PROFESSIONALS?) that are fooling with people that believe that aliens have been to Earth. Also, has anybody noticed that the less intricate crop circles are near populated areas? That is because they don't want to spend too much time on it and get caught.
Bottom line IMO...
Aliens do exist. It would be ignorant to believe that there are not other living things out there. Let's break the size of the universe down. Scientists don't even know if it ends, but apparently they think there are 125 billion galaxies (50 billion can be seen by modern advanced telescopes). And in each galaxy there is an average of 100 billion stars. And out of those 100 billion stars per galaxy, 5 billion of them have planets. And most solar systems have five planets. So that's 3.12500 × 10^21 planets that have the possibility of life.
That's a lot of planets...and nobody knows how many of them can support living things. Maybe Earth is unique to our solar system and is the only one that can support life but in most other solar systems all of the planets support life. But perhaps the living things on other planets don't require the natural things that Earth creatures do...or the creatures living there are primitive. Or maybe they're just amoebas. Or maybe they're as smart as us. Or maybe they are more advanced than us. Or perhaps, just perhaps, the Milky Way is there center of the universe and we are the only living race, our goal, to settle on every planet. We really will never know. Time will tell...or will it?
Anyways, I'm kind of rambling and not making any sense, but...crop circles are fake. There are most likely other intelligent creatures out there but they certainly have never came anywhere near our solar system.

There is complex math involved in making the intricate crop circles

Here's another intricate design. Made by the same people. 300ft in diameter.

And another...

Again...

Here's another one with it's blueprints.

And the list goes on. It isn't hard to make these if you have the tools and you plan it all out.
Also, the binary message was sent out via frequency modulated radio waves. It would take 25,000 years to reach the solar system it was sent to (globular star cluster M13 I think) and there is no way the extraterrestrials would know what binary is and how to read it.
