all I can infer from this trailer is that t-bone was a side character and playing as him is probably more fun and interesting than whoever forgettable brooding dead family guy that was the main protagonist.
like seriously why isn't ubisoft confident enough to make a character like t-bone a main guy? He's got a cool beard, looks like he gets into shenanigans, and has remote RC vehicles. I wanna play a game as that guy for the main game. I want the story to be around him. Who seriously enjoys a sad REVENGE character.

i don't know if it's a story DLC or not but it really seems kind of sucky that they aren't releasing this for free.
that or GTAV free DLC has spoilt me somehow.

It's kind of ridiculous how much shit you can do in GTA IV just with modding, emulating the entire premise of another game in a simple, free, easy to install mod is pretty breathtaking. high hopes for GTAV.

taking out groups, leading a squad into buildings with CO-OP or if solo, smart AI.
I think it'd be a little bit more unique than the vigilante angle.
Oh! Specially if you're solving crimes too! Imagine a L.A. Noire in modern times. Using technology to try and find a serial killer, through camera footage, and evidence you had. Finding addresses, or locations through ctOS or some shit.
I think that'd be pretty neat.
