Their support sounds fantastic. Most any support service I call now-a-days sends me to a support center where there's an agent who speaks very poor english.
This would have been way more entertaining if the tech couldn't even understand what the guy was talking about in the first place.
This support guy sounds awesome. I feel kind of bad for him that he is being pranked. He sounds like a cool guy. I'd have beers with him.
