Never seen Mrs. Doubtfire. Did they not want an uncomfortably true look at divorce in place of "Ha ha look at Robin Williams dressed as a Nanny."?

There are some pretty heart wrenching scenes in the movie, as is. I think they chose to remove these because it may have tilted it too far away from the partial comedy they were trying to make.

see the movie that's all I can say. Unless you hate robin williams.
