Man, LittleBigPlanet got a lot more cuter now that they have the newer characters added in. I heard that Sumo Digital is the main dev team behind this game and not Media Molecule. Let's hope the game does justice then.
As great as this game looks, I'm going to be honest. This is the least excited I am for a LittleBigPlanet game in awhile. Don't get me wrong, I love the LittleBigPlanet series but there's nothing really new about this one. I was kinda expecting they would go 3d and truly show off the creation tools and the power of the PS4. But no we get an upgraded verison of LittleBigPlanet 2. Is that a bad thing? I don't know. LittleBigPlanet 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, I love how they expanded on everything LittleBigPlanet had to offer and so much more. I'll definitely be checking out this game and I'm sure it will be a great game no less. I'm just disappointed in the lack of innovation

Not to mention they've re-worked the thermometer system, so your levels can (theoretically) be as big as you want them to be, with the only limit being the amount of stuff you have on-screen at one time.
Oh sweet it uses the touchpad like a laptop-mouse. I was wondering when this would be taken advantage of, as I use it like that when my DS4 is connected to my PC.
idk if it's me growing up or something but it kinda lost its charm? i definitely lost most of my excitement when i found out that media molecule wasn't developing this.. which sucks a LOT, because LBP1 and 2 was a huge part of my childhood, and i made a buncha friends from it too. would spend hours just chatting and goofing around in a blank level, shooting rocket cheetahs at each other. *sigh* i really hope i'm wrong :(

SinceSumo Digital worked on games like Sonic & Sega All Star Racing Transformed, coupled with the fact that they're being supervised by Media Molecule, LittleBigPlanet 3 should turn out pretty good. One thing's for sure, I've been loving everything I've seen of the game thus far.
Your childhood consisted of LBP... how old are you?
i was 13 when LBP1 was released yo, way back in 2008. 18 now, not that big of a stretch!
