Fucking Metal.
that looks like it made a real bloody mess back in the day imagine the damage it would do to, say, an unprotected head
Guy is pretty annoying.
Cold Steel always had that extremely strange advertising. If only I saved that one drawing some guy made, it was the CEO of the company standing on a pile of cut up pig bodies with one of the larger Chinese swords. Look at this marketing campaign of theirs:
War hammers are just so badass.
War hammers are just so badass.
using war as a prefix infront of anything makes it more badass warcat warfist warbox warhelm wartissue
Guy is pretty annoying.
are you kidding me? Lynn C Thompson is a bad ass
there's no resisting the spike
lmao
Question, can it go through a knife-proof vest or whatever?
Fat people and their obsessions with swords and guns this week on facepunch.
Question, can it go through a knife-proof vest or whatever?
not sure, but it still would at least hurt like shit, even if it wouldn't pierce the armor it still could deliver a crushing blow
that guy is like a chubby Achilles
I've seen people take off wetsuits after an hour long dive and their shorts and shirt be more dry than this guy's Aren't these things pretty cheap, anyway? Tosh had one and it fuckin broke while he was filming smashing shit with it
Very fitting attire to demonstrate such a medieval weapon It's like he's asserting his authority as assistant manager
There is no resisting the spike. Do not even try.
Question, can it go through a knife-proof vest or whatever?
It may or may not, depending on the quality of the armor. But the reason why war hammers are so brutal is because they don't need to penetrate armor. They can deal lethal concussive blows to even he heaviest of armors.
Question, can it go through a knife-proof vest or whatever?
Probably not, but the vest would absorb very little energy from the hit so you'd get hurt pretty badly, I doubt it'll be little better than a T-shirt against a warhammer like this.
I hear 5150, immediately think of Van Halen.
Taking his glasses off in a dramatic manner. Because it was necessary.
Cold Steel is fucking awesome. Not the best, but still really good.
Cold Steel is fucking awesome. Not the best, but still really good.
This should be their new motto.
I always loved war hammers and maces. Sadly swords are always more popular.

Yeah, what a "badass" More like, such a failed attempt at trying to look badass.
Its weird how fictional hammers are so ridiculous and oversized that a real life one seems tiny.
Its weird how fictional hammers are so ridiculous and oversized that a real life one seems tiny.
I was so disappointed when I first found out how small real ones were.
Its weird how fictional hammers are so ridiculous and oversized that a real life one seems tiny.
Fictional ones are pretty oversized, but they are more reminiscent of mauls, a certain type of warhammer: They weren't very widespread as weapons though
What is with people always testing weapons against butted chainmaille? Riveted chainmaille would still have failed to protect the guy against the spike, but against the hammerside he would've gotten a quite different result. And you have to keep in mind the gambeson worn underneath the chainmaille would've absorbed quite alot of the hit too.
