wont make it past the first series
I heard that about the walking dead. *shrugs*
wont make it past the first series
No matter how bad a show is USA network always does like 2-3 seasons.
I liked that pilot, I hope to see more out of the show. Kinda reminds me of the original concept of Watch_Dogs
Oh shit it's Watch Dogs but it actually makes sense. Thank the lord.
It seems like the pilot episode is almost too good. Like they blew all of their good ideas in one hour. Still excited to see where this is heading, but I'm a little pessimistic, this set a really high bar for the next few episodes.
The whispery commentary just makes me think "Cyber Dexter".

What will most likely happen is that there are two sides, one tailoring the system and the other trying to destroy the system and he has to powerplay between them.
this doesn't look bad at all. the setting and story is way more realistic than most 'hacker' based shows, segments, etc they actually put in effort into mimicking the internet culture, but also incorporates personal traits to make the character unique and understandable even for those that aren't too big into the whole thing

someone working at a tech company should not have to ask what's a root kit [editline]21st June 2015[/editline] other than that really good pilot
I liked it. Too bad it's on TV and not on Netflix or something. I don't watch TV anymore.
watched first episode, but when actual hacking stuff started happening, specially when there was a DDOS attack and he acted as its the most astonishing thing he ever saw, i cringed hard, and stopped watching. I wonder if it is how doctors feel when they are watching HouseMD, or how cooks feel when watching Breaking Bad.

Mirror please.
Minus some cringe moments it was pretty good, got me hooked.
Wow, I'm surprised how well the story progression was. Generally when I'm watching a TV show or movie, I'm constantly double-checking the time to see when it will end, not with this though.
Saw it ages ago. Looks fun and not terrible. I hope the rest of the show stands up to the pilot.
I'm liking it so far, but couldn't help but notice this: [sp]Furries: Why Fuzzy Wuv is better than Latex Androgyny[/sp]

Most notionally "Shit 4chan Says" (s4s) changed to "Stuff We Says". They didn't bother changing a lot of the "popular posts" and "recent posts".

I'll definitely be following this, although my infosec side will hate me for it
So, the fact that everyone is saying "Evil Corp," is that just Elliot imagining them saying that instead of "E Corp?"
Really enjoyed the pilot. Shame the main character is just as boring as Aiden Pierce though. But, with all this hacker-fi media coming out the storylines are just going to get better and I'm psyched.
So, the fact that everyone is saying "Evil Corp," is that just Elliot imagining them saying that instead of "E Corp?"
Yes. The audience is Elliot's imaginary friend and after he says how his mind immediately starts hearing "Evil" instead of the real name, we do the same.
