what shitty cops, they tazered him, had him for 3 minutes, and couldnt restrain him. He deserved to get away.
"Ha ha! You fools! Tasering me only makes me stronger! Ahahahaha!"
what shitty cops, they tazered him, had him for 3 minutes, and couldnt restrain him. He deserved to get away.
I'm guessing they where hesitant to use much force with a camera pointed at them.
He reminds me of Olan Rodgers the way he talks.
"What charge is it" "Doesn't matter" Yes it fucking does.
"What charge is it" "Doesn't matter" Yes it fucking does.
He said there was a warrant out for his arrest. That's enough reason to detain him. Hmm.. I swore the provincial police should be more experienced than the municipal police :s That looks like OPP (Ontario Provincial Police)
Love how they dont even bother chasing him
Love how they dont even bother chasing him
Probably just to leave the trouble for another pair of cops. He's warranted and now he's just stacking up charges by resisting, I doubt he'll go far.
"What charge is it" "Doesn't matter" Yes it fucking does.
I think the main point of this is that there was a warrant out for his arrest, he changed his name afterwards, and that sounds like he's violating something or breaking a law.
did he even get caught? Looks like the cops just let him off
He said there was a warrant out for his arrest. That's enough reason to detain him.

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms - 10. Everyone has the right on arrest or detention a) to be informed promptly of the* reasons therefore; b) to retain and instruct counsel without delay and to be informed of that right; and c) to have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful.
So yeah, depending on how you interpret it, "the reasons therefore" could simply be the fact that he an arrest warrant, not the original charge.
You try to do the same thing and see how it goes for you.
Aren't cops typically trained on how to do that be effective? It's not like they were trying to arrest Hulk Hogan.
"What charge is it" "Doesn't matter" Yes it fucking does.
Regardless of his warrant, he was resisting arrest.
"What charge is it" "Doesn't matter" Yes it fucking does.
Not when there is a warrant it doesn't, cause its a fucking warrant.
Not that I'm taking the crazy guy's side or anything, but those cops are terrible at their job. How hard is it for 2 guys to handcuff a guy when you've already got him restrained? They didn't even try to chase him once he started running. If you can't do this shit you shouldn't be a cop.

Cops were probably thinking "fuck that shit."
"Unless I turn my head and cough for you, I am a jew."
