I think the main point of this is that there was a warrant out for his arrest, he changed his name afterwards, and that sounds like he's violating something or breaking a law.

Not that I'm taking the crazy guy's side or anything, but those cops are terrible at their job. How hard is it for 2 guys to handcuff a guy when you've already got him restrained? They didn't even try to chase him once he started running. If you can't do this shit you shouldn't be a cop.

I'd be surprised if the guy wasn't high as shit on something powerful, not just because of the crazy stuff he was saying (and singing) but because he didn't seem to notice he was being tazed and immediately got up and sprinted away
