Guy's fruit keeps getting stolen, he sets up a webcam, finds who is doing it, and sets an eye-catching desktop and records reactions.
That male janitor is hilarious.
You could see the wheels turning in the first coworkers head
At first I thought this was from that show "To Catch A Thief" (really good show), but this is still awesome. That's a really small office though. (Unless there is more behind the cam, which is possible considering the janitor went back there.)
I want to know what she was saying.

Probably along the lines of
"What? I didn't take anything...*picks up apple* his fruit is right here."
goddamn ninja duck your avatar is so DISTRACTING
That is a lot better way of dealing with it than having her fired
Fired for stealing fruit? Where i come from, there is consensus that if you leave any food on display, it is an invitation for everyone to tuck in. Just don't take the last one.
Looks like that janitor is part-time Ghostbuster.

You are still stealing another persons posessions which costed them money and they were going to use later.
Stealing is stealing.

Where I come from letting anything like this slip through unnoticed results in people thinking they can do what they want. One time some kid took a shortcut through our garden to get home and we didn't say anything despite seeing him from the window. Sure enough he tried again several times even after we told him not to the third time and then we had to speak to his mother.
Don't know if he got fired though.

Some kids also did that in my garden, throwing a full bucket of water onto them fixed the problem pretty rapidly though.
