The lengths people will go to just for Youtube views is ridiculous. I get if somebody wants to make videos, but doing something like JUMPING HEAD FIRST INTO A MOVING CEILING FAN just doesn't make any sense.
There are better and safer ways to get views if you're that desperate.

I imagine the guy knew that people would feel entertained by watching him do something stupid. If you're old enough and sensible enough to weigh the risk and make sure you're not doing something that's going to cause you grievous bodily harm, I don't see what there is to complain about.

4.5m views on a monetized video is more than a couple month's worth of minimum wage, so you know. I'd stick my head into a ceiling fan for that
