I remember watching this on a CD my parents bought me as a kid. Here are the most awesome bits:

I'am confused
My parents were born and lived in the USSR, and moved away when it broke up, so I watched this a lot when I was a little. I don't remember the details of the plot but it's about the captain trying to win a race while those italian guys are trying to steal.... something. I don't remember :C
No wonder a lot of people are communists these days, it's full of propaganda.
If I knew what they were saying then I would be finding these much more enjoyable.

Oh I loved these as a kid. I doubt they were ever translated though. Basically the plot is that the little fat guy (Fuchs) stole the Venus statue and stored it in the contrabass case and the captain and his assistant needed a third crewman to enter the race so they got Fuchs who needed a runaway vehicle or something. The 2 guys with moustaches are Julio Banditto and De La Vorro (like Thief-o in Russian) Gangsteritto and they're tasked to retrieve the statue. The little guy with a huge grin and a white suit is some sort of a special agent with a helicopter dog.
What.
Fuck you guys this is the best cartoon ever. I'm not joking.
I still have this somewhere here on a cd too. There are more awesome parts in this cartoon. It's like 2 hours long, although most are spread out. Those two clips have the highest concentration of awesomeness.
