If you've got a lead car in front to reduce drag it's pretty easy to hit those speeds. Pretty insane though

yeah this is pretty easy to tell it's fake. i don't know what country they're in but if a cop is racing down the highway at 100+km/h with his sirens on, you slow down and get out of the way not speed past him (like a few cars did)

Because it transitions to a different place. Height of the trees change on both sides. A sign appears and the traffic barrier disappears.
