Feet are pretty (for the lack of a more suiting word) 'meh' as far as I'm concerned. Although some people do happen to have ugly ass feet, or skin conditions there. I'd assume one could only aesthetically enjoy feet as much as they/others could hands.

To a foot fetishist they're much like ass/boobs. Some like them big, some like them small, some like them round, some like them saggy, some like every size and trait in between. Pheromones. Plus, smell is one of our strongest scents, it has more to do with sexual attraction than people are willing to admit. Some are more sensitive to smells and pheromones than others. Not all foot odors are created equal either, there's definitely a spectrum there.

I think YouTube is biased against certain fetishes, regardless of how mild it is. Take omorashi for example, a lot of them get taken down for "sexual content/nudity" even if there is no nudity or sexual content in the video.

I'm a medical student and feet don't have pheromones. (If they did, far more people would have foot fetishes). Pheromones are secreted by the Androstenone chemicals and are generally understood to be secreted by the sweat glands under your arm.

There's a study showing that foot fetishism might be the cause of accidental neural crossing. Whereas, the Postcentral gyrus zone/cortex of the brain is accidentally occupying the same areas of the genitalia. The brain area is generally understood to situate near the feet sensory path .
