My lore is a bit rusty but wasn't there some sort of code of honor among predators in which they don't hunt females (or males they deem weak/non-threatening)? Under the 'non-threatening' bit I'd suppose a woman taking up arms against a predator is a challenge to fight, but yeah

I think they'll fight whoever they deem worthy or if they're armed. The only two women I remember them sparing was because one was unarmed and the other was pregnant.

Nah predators only care if the thing they are hunting is dangerous and worthy, they will hunt males females animals they don't care. Although they will kill people interfering with there hunt.

There's barely anything canonical left in Predator lore. Too many different comic series, spin-offs, crossovers and movies that contradict each other.
Going off the first film and what most Predator lore follows, they hunt that which is worth hunting. If someone's willing to fight them then they'll accept the challenge.

Also Yautja only do that in rare circumstances when a human has proven to be a excellent hunter,
most times they will just give a trophy to the human that survived the hunt.

Also depends on the clan. Some clans give zero fucks about anything other than getting a trophy.
