He makes good points but all that extra stuff and theatrics make this video really hard to watch.

It's not as if he's making any real point, the whole joke is more or less "wouldn't it be funny if I were a bit of a dickhead" and that's been more or less the same joke since the shows inception. Now I won't argue that the show is without merit in spite of that, I've been watching the show long enough, but let's not all act surprised when people don't take to someone's routine of acting like a low level arse every episode, even if it is just a routine.

I don't think defending him or trying to tear him down is doing anyone any good here. Seems like all of his threads devolve this way. While I'm of the camp that dislikes the fluff so I guess I don't see the other side, I just don't get the way the argument keeps popping up and so angrily. It's not for everyone.

I really can't deal with Jim or his stupid shtick. Maybe I could watch if all I had to deal with was his grating voice but the costume really breaks the deal for me. I think there's some other guy, Johnny I think, who has an absolutely disgusting cartoon image imposed on every video that just makes it impossible to click on his videos.

what are you guys on about? the only time you see his costume is near the intro and at the outro... the part that you can easily skip. 80% of the video is just his voice.
