It seems as though it has risen from the grave with what I think is a new sleek look.

Looks like a music player. That's about it.
For some reason it makes me think of Zune Software
Looks like it'll be a good medium for music artists, No way it'll ever become the social media hub it was before though.
What's a myspace?
looks like trash
Yet it probably will still play shitty music when you open up someones page.
I can't wait to look at the new Brokencyde myspace page!!!!! xD lawlz
looks like trash
I don't get this mentality. I think it actually looks like a really well developed reboot ofone of the PIONEER social media outlets.
It actually looks good.

I believe its latin for 'whales vagina'
No support for Opera 0/10.
It will forever be a shell of its former self, stuck in the overcasting shadow of Facebook.
That song choice for the preview was brilliant. Listen to the lyrics if it went over your head.
What? Opera is an outdated browser? I don't use the Internet very often? I'm at my parents' place on the PC they bought in 1996?
You don't even deserve to be checked out, Myspace.

1% market share, destroyed in pretty much every benchmark.
There's no reason for anyone to support Opera.
From the BBC thread
Not going to lie, the new UI looks incredibly sexy, really better than the old "insert custom CSS and HTML here to have a web 1.0 blog"
And they put back the old "people" symbol in their logo, something the new one failed to do
However I feel this is just not going to pick up, myspace was the shit back in 2004 to about 2007 and then facebook picked up pace because it was down right better
Justin Timberlake seems to be jumping on the social train ever since his role in the social network tbh
however interested to see how this plays
Apparently myspace's original idea was to be a place where bands share their music with other people. I personally think they did a nice job with recreating it. Now instead of trying to compete with FB with the whole social network thing, they are now trying something a little different. Kudos to myspace.

Yes, I understand its still a "social network" but its different.
I think just the name "myspace" carries negative connotations nowadays. I bet a lot fewer people would be dismissing it if it was launched under a completely new name, like musichub or something.
I wouldn't say risen from the grave yet, It looks like they really invested
in the aesthetics of the site, rather then new function and innovation.
In my opinion they still have a long way of getting a hand in the social networking game.
That's must be old because this is the most recent one I found.

I wouldn't go with Opera at all. Especially the latest version which I heard sucks. Here's the source with a detailed analysis of all four.

It looks waaaay too busy; I'd like the look better if they didn't cram so much on the screen.
integrated gestures, integrated adblock tool, nice UI, fastest startup time of all the main browsers
Chrome and Firefox perform better on their Javascript/HTML5 benchmarks, but Opera performs better where it really matters to the user most of the time, and that's how quick can it start and open things.
Very outdated benchmarks by the look of it. Also "integrated gestures and adblock" is meaningless and what browser doesn't have a passable UI? Next you're going to tell me that the built-in torrent client is useful.
edit: 5000 posts, whee.
Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace (especially this UI) all share this feeling of being overwhelmed with information, useful or not, to the point of almost educing some sort of attention disorder.
it looks visually really cool but way too busy and confusing. people complain enough everytime facebook makes a minor visual improvement that slightly complicates things, let alone trying to use this overly complex, yet aesthetically pleasing, mess
Log in to Myspace via facebook.
i dont get it
myspace is the way to go if your looking for music but other then that. Not much is going for it since everyone use facebook, twiter, and instagram to talk to one other.
