Well, for some configurations you can define an obvious position for a quantum mechanical particle, like if the wave function is spherically symmetric you can call the position of the particle the region of space containing one standard deviation of the position wave function. Also, if the electromagnetic repulsion is enough to keep you well out of the region where the chair's particles' probability densities are strongest you can say that for all intents and purposes you are "hovering" above the chair.
