Its a nightmare for PC hardware to emulate a playstation [b]2[/b], due to the difference in processor architecture. Only recently are things turning towards PC architecture on consoles.
No wonder this video is a super laggy super simple game.
Give it ten years though, and if PS3/Xbox360 games are still desirable enough, someone will make a great emulator for it that our computers can make use of.

I thought there was a general rule that for an emulator to work well on PC, your hardware needs to be at least 100x better than what you're looking to emulate. So that could mean that you'd be looking at 10 years minimum for a workable 360/PS3 emulation.

Even then it's still a long way off and requires a hell of a lot more power than what current PC's provide, hopefully all these new emulators use HLE though.
