Genial way of using ski slopes during the warmer seasons
Looks like the grass karting out towards Richmond/Windsor in Western Sydney, where I used to live. I went there a few times. You can get some intense speeds. I'm surprised I never broke anything.
edit: It is. Kurrajong Heights, near Richmond. The scenery makes me miss Australia.
