I'm very happy this didn't turn into a bad ending for him
it would have set a really bad precedent and possibly fuck a lot of people over in the end

Yeah, it looks he deleted the video.
He was being sued for his use of the music from A Clockwork Orange in the original version of [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFxPkhLNrcc"]this video[/URL]. The claimant issued a copyright strike on the video that Criswell fought, claiming that it was fair use, and they responded by filing a lawsuit seeking something like $150k in damages.
