There was a Canadian Child Protection group (can't think of the real name) and took the kid to a foster home after the videos were found and reported by loads of people on YouTube. The person recording is living with his Dad who is far away from the mother. Though, that was ages ago, I'm sure things have changed for better or for worse.

I thought the guy who filmed these was a Facepuncher, and the reason he was wearing diapers was because he was just lazy. Too lazy to go to the bathroom.
