I don't wanna sound like an oldfag, but 16 is way too young to be doing weed. My hardcore stoner friends haven't
turned out as anything but huge unemployed failures because they haven't changed their lifestyle since their very early
teens when the started. It is something that you should be responsible about and I know how "responsible" people are
if they start with drugs at 16. Just fucking legalize that shit and put some proper age restrictions on it.

I know tons of people that smoked weed when they were 16/17 and they are going to Ivy league schools with full scholarships. It's just how dedicated you are before you start smoking that makes the difference. If the guy is dedicated to succeed, smoking weed isn't going to turn him into a total slacker. It just depends on who you are.
