Maybe it's old but it's almost completely forgotten.

I tried it, it works.
Although if it says you just got VAC banned, it's a sourcemod anti-cheat plugin which kicks you for using the exploit and tried to scare you by saying you've been VAC'd.
Will this get you VAC banned? This looks like an awesome rage tool.
No it won't, it's a sorcemod exploit, no VAC bans can be issued with it.
Hmm, I wonder if this works with the versus plugin for L4D2 demo.

Valve doesn't listen to whiny reports. They trust VAC to the fullest.
As awesome as that is i don't really want to have to go through the rigorous commands.
You can add the plugin_load to your autoexec and you can get binds for sm_cvar host_timescale and sv_cheats
