Hey guys, been wanting to share something from my channel for a while. I just got around to re-doing my videos and editing them. This is my video where I talk about my experience with mental illness. Hope you guys find it interesting. Also, I would love some questions for a video. Thanks guys! Ask me anything you want.
I wanted to be able to say I watched it all before I commented, so I did and the video was really interesting. Since I'm trying to deal with what I think might be Cyclothymia or something similar I get how shitty is can be to not be able to properly control emotions. There are days when I'll wake up and just hate something I liked or not want to do what i know I've wanted to do my whole life. And then the next day I'm fine and super into the one thing again. It sounds really dumb when i explain it, like its just mood swings, but I'm past that age now so...? Anyway, I enjoyed your video, your really well spoken which helps obviously and your story was very interesting, so thanks.
Hey scooby, i can recognize a lot of your past condition in my current state of mind. wonder if something is sneaking up on me
Ye like others have said I recognise what you said, and other people in other videos I watched subsequently to yours, in me. It's is actually scaring me now, but I shouldn't do that and I should probably talk to a doctor. It's heart-warming to know that you are improving and you can talk about it.

You might want to check into personality disorders if you're worried, but that's not something I'm well-studied on. Thanks for the compliment, I try to work on being well-spoken.
What do you think triggered it?
Maybe the fact I got a boyfriend and broke up with him after two months and got depressed, or it could be the drugs I was messing with then. I really have no idea. My dad developed the condition, well something different, at 41. Although he suffered a couple delusions since he was young. Great question though, I often wonder if I had done things differently if I would of developed it. It's actually around 5-10% chance I think. I remember thinking I was schizophrenic when I was 13-14, but I didn't know what it really meant. Talk to a psychiatrist if you want. And thanks, I made videos as part of my own personal recovery. It has helped.
