• Pokemon Lavender Town Metal Remix

I made this yesterday in my free time. I play everything except the pokemon tune, and for those that dared to listen to the shitty version with my growling vocals, props to you. Instrumental (no vocals) With vocals Opinions? This wasn't a serious attempt at anything, I just decided to screw around on the guitar and drums and came across the whole "1996 high suicide rate in japan because of pokemon" thing, which was supposedly connected to the music in lavender town. So ja.
I actually kinda liked the Instrumental, the vocals were shit in my opinion.
Which is why I said they were. :D

If this is how you do your vocals in real metal... Lol.
Whoaw, people were killing themselves over the music?! Why?
Apparently in the first few hundred or thousand versions of the game, the music was an experiment for biaural sound or something. Anyways, 7-12 year olds don't have fully developed ears, so they were sensitive to the music, and since most of them wore headphones while playing, the music induced headaches, nausea, and basically fucked with their minds, made them angry and sometimes kill themselves. Real weird. I doubt you could find a copy of it now, it wouldn't cause anything to you anyways, unless you're under 13 lol.
If this is how you do your vocals in real metal... yeah really fucking creepy good job translating this into metal-style awesome
Posting this because it's sort of related (worth a read anyway) http://pastebin.com/f71e6728f But more on topic, I liked the remix. Haven't listened to the vocal one yet
Liked the Instrumental. Vocal wasnt really good.

Oh god the memories, I hated that fucking town just because of how freaking creepy the music was.
Pretty good. At least the instrumental, I don't listen to video game music covers with added vocals because they ALWAYS suck.
Instrumental was great, and that's not how you do death growls. :v:

That is one of the dumbest myths ever.
Can I have A spray of that Pikachu? He'd look good as my spray in CS:S and TF2 :v:
It's one of the first things that comes up when you look for "angry pokemon" on google images, lol.
I always turn the sound off when I go into lavender town.
Fucking awesome. But vocals aren't too great imo.
