I used Cyberlink Powerdirector 10, I don't really like it so I'll try out Sony Vegas, thanks for the tip.

As others suggested, lose subtitles and lose the text for the sounds edited in. A good start.
Nobody likes that rewinding, speed-up, slow-mo kinda stuff.
That's my only tip, get rid of it.

You need to improve your cutting and word splicing. I found it funny for your first time, keep on doing them.
