There is some potential in you, but boy do you need to work on editing. Presentation wise it's your worst problem. Your diction could use some work too.
On the topic of this video, I honestly have no concrete idea what's DC planning to do with Wally and Barry and the N52 Wally. I think the plan [I]might[/I] be to replicate Bat family here, just with making everyone who went through enough growth a Flash.

It's really not too bad at all. It's not fantastic, but it isn't nearly as bad as you're suggesting.

When Barry came back I first thought they would have Wally and Barry switch roles because by the time Barry came back Wally was actually The Flash longer than Barry was. I remember hoping for almost a buddy cop sort of thing where Wally teaches Barry all of the cool speed force things he knows and they stop crimes as a team.
