Believe it or not, tons of insects get caught up in harvesters that collect wheat and corn or whatever else. You've probably consumed enough insect bits and pieces to make up an entire loaf of bread by now. I wouldn't want to find a whole bug in my food though, that would just put me off of it entirely.
