Oh god, i remember watching this movie. Wasn't old enough to watch it in cinemas, but it is hilariously bad.
The part with the Bob-omb pissed me off.
In the games, a Bob-omb is approximately the size of Mario's head. In a realistic setting, that WOULD cause a stir. But no, in the live-action, "realistic" movie, all we get is a puny wind up toy.
