Also they used disgusting matte when metallic paint or even just coloring it with appropriate heat treatment of the different parts.

Another thing to keep in mind, is it's not to proper scale. Spartans are like 7 or 8 feet tall, and they made it using spartans as a reference, but must have forgot they're a bit shorter than spartans... Or you know, decided not to make a fuckhuge hammer.
