Meaning it has less run and gun approach than the previous installments had. Soooo... i for one see why it could bother someone to have it in the game.
Eh. This would have been sweet a couple of years ago, when Source looked p good, now it too looks outdated so... you might as well play the original Half-Life.

I didn't expect BMS to be as run-and-gun around the place though (like Doom and the original HL) anyways since they're using the Source engine. "smoother" and more "realistic" movement with that and not super duper bunny hop all day is what I think when I hear source engine
This is looking pretty sweet, though I will miss the gargled voices of the HECU.
didn't the devs some long time ago said extra optional features eg. ironsights are going to be toggable/optional? don't see too much of a problem with it, and if it isn't I really wouldn't mind just not using it at all

The voice acting. Dear god.
The voice acting really isnt bad. This is a free mod with shitloads of dialog, im not surprised they dont have the best voice acting in the entire world. No one is paying these guys.
the voice acting is hilarious all "mysterious" and "edgy" it's obviously for comedic effect also stop complaining about the iron sights, you're forgetting that the revolver was able to zoom in the original game

My problem with the iron sights is that in no way did any of the real Half Life games have it, so having it at all in a remake of the first one is just... out of place.
the VOX voice is sexy

I didn't mind the iron sights but man if you put a revolver that close to your face you might as well let a horse kick you in the face.
Who the fuck cares about iron sights?
I have nothing against ironsights, if they'll be on accurate weapons like magnum or crossbow. And I hope they won't be looking like you're holding a gun next to your eye. Because this is plain silly.
The music for this mod sounds great.
