who is cutting onions
i didn't watch this to feel
Why was that such an emotional rollercoaster? I would actually love to do that with whoever I end up getting engaged to.
That hit me like a nail into the coffin but now I'm also really interested in doing this.
Wait what why am I crying
I'm probably gonna look like I'm 50 when I'm 80 or something. I'm at 22 and I look like I'm 16 or something. Everyone just thinks I'm old because I'm tall.
WHY DON'T I AGE D:
She never takes her eyes off of him :')

Not to everyone. My grandma is in her 70s and she still looks 50 when se puts on makeup. My dad 47 and he looks like he's in his 30s or even late 20s if he wears the right clothes. I got my teenager mustache when I turned 24. Obviously it's not guaranteed to be like that, but I really hope I look as young as my dad when I'm 47.
When the guy asked what their last words would be is when i stared getting emotional
wait what is emotion im a guy lol fuck bitches get money #swog
Wow some asshole is just walking by my room with a tray of onions.
This is really comforting
Oh man what if during the 90s part, they hid the husband away so when the girlfriend uncovers her eyes, he wouldn't be there.
This is so very nice to watch. I kinda think anyone who is going to get married should go through something similar, because I think it's a nice way to test if it's really something you'd want to go through with.
Very sweet.

That would be too much, man. Way too much.
Though at the same time, that's a brilliant idea.

I laughed WAY to hard at this
I'm a horrible horrible person

I actually took it a step further and instead of him not being there, I imagined a tombstone where his chair was.
Those two are going to have unbelievably sexy offspring.
I liked how when asked "Will you still be sexually active" she briefly looks at him and says "naaaah".
Humor aside, I wouldn't participate in such a thing. Seeing my young attractive SO like she (w/c)ould look like on her deathbed would ruin it for me. Fuck that. Let it be a surprise.
If I saw myself look that old, i dont think could stop myself from constantly shouting and saying "WHAT?! SPEAK UP!"
haha, he looks like doc from back to the future

While that was incredibly emotional, I couldn't help but to think they're most likely going to divorce way before they'll reach 50 anyway.
What if they did a prank one where when they did their 70's they made one of them a corpse. :v:

"We had these special effects experts make you up to look just like you will when you're both older!"
"But we're both dressed up like women?"
"Jim, do you have anything to tell us?"
What if they did one for after 90s and they put a skeleton makeup on em

yeah in a lot of ways this feels manipulative and dishonest. its silly to think its going to last that long.
IDK if you are a pretty happy and jolly couple that get each other and joke around after being together for 10 years before deciding to get married like these people there is a real good chance it could work out long term (as it already has)
Also it depends on values they have. If they are the kind of people that value loyalty and persistence and recognize a relationship is about overcoming problems then long term marriage really works good. A lot of marriage issues today can be summarized simply with "the grass is always greener on the other side". Sure a lot is about more than just that for a lot of cases, but I'm willing to bet a good chunk of marriages fall apart due to not valuing seeing things through till the end and always trying to get better game.
Here's a great post on this:
I hope I didn't come off like too much of a lecturing parent type. It just makes me sad to see others run out of emotional resilience at a young age like I did. I probably could have summed this up in one sentence. My current marriage has worked for 25 yrs. because I married someone almost exactly like me.
This has to be tremendously strong for them, realizing the stark reality of age along with the shortness of life.
Its something that would keep them fresh and loving between each other.
I hope someday I have someone I care for that I can grow old alongside with.
:(
