Well, that's the kind of shit the US Army has to put up with when they train the military of another country - their inexperience with formal exercise. Seriously, you've done jumping jacks since you were seven. Learning proper form back then was hard, it comes easily to adults in western countries because they've done them most of their lives. Imagine how it was for those guys.
