Apparantly the ISP called him live on his stream, and then the stream suddenly shut down.

Uh yeah right. You obviously don't know what you are talking about. Do you know how long it takes for an ISP to take action, only after they got notified by the copyright holder? Apart of that, what did he do that warrants a lawsuit? Showing game footage from a game he bought early somewhere?

I really really doubt that its an action by the ISP though, unless they suddenly work at lightning speed. Apart of that, just saying you did something is not evidence enough for something. He could have just said that to look cool, or for whatever reason, and lying is not a crime. I doubt the ISP would take action because of that.
