People on the television earlier today were talking about how the Republicans couldn't have been expected to come up with a replacement bill since they've only really been in power for six months.

THEY HAD SEVEN YEARS TO COME UP WITH A REPLACEMENT! I have no idea what the fuck is going through the minds of the higher Republican strategy machine. What is the endgame here? Fuck everything up?
