You do realize that the police officer grabbed near her neck to spray pepper spray in her eyes, right?
You people know I'm not usually on the coppers side, but I see nothing wrong the police did wrong here, she was resisting arrest, and the other bitch just randomly punched the guy, causing her to be seen as a hostile threat, making them cuff her. But you try cuffing someone that's actively punching you.
