I think you're forgetting the part where he's a civilian and kind of a comedian. Don't expect him to be super pro or anything. Yes, that was a fuck up, but he's breaching a house to kill blow up dolls and steal a bag of flour. Do you really care?

I think he loaded the first shell in the breech and put the second into the back of the tube so he used 1 breaching on the door and another on the doll.

I still think his vids would be better without the accent.

Not really important, but he'd have been able to load it a lot more easily if he had put the shells in the other direction, so he could pull them down and out and load with the left hand, much faster.

EDIT:

Also, the reaction of the dolls getting shot was actually pretty cool. You'd expect them to pop or deflate, but they jerked back pretty hard, which was sweet.
